GROWING FAMILIES WORLDWIDE ADOPTION AGENCY is a non-profit adoption agency licensed by the State of New Jersey. The agency emerged from the former Growing Families, Inc. which began in 1989.  The purpose of the agency is to provide child placement services , including pre and post adoption services to the ADOPTION TRIAD - CHILD, ADOPTIVE PARENTS AND BIRTH PARENTS. The Executive Director of the agency, Marge Talbot, MSW, LCSW, adoptive mother, is committed to serving the needs of children and their families.   ALL CHILDREN DESERVE A FAMILY AND A HOME.

GROWING FAMILIES WORLDWIDE ADOPTION AGENCY provides full placement programs for international adoptions. Adoption is a process, therefore the adoption is the beginning of a lifelong commitment. Our agency offers counseling, education, information and referral services for all involved in the adoption process.

GROWING FAMILIES WORLDWIDE was organized to facilitate international placements of legally adoptable orphaned and abandoned children by the pertinent requirements of the country of residence of the children.
