Load the itrezzoAgent applet and get spreadsheets in a grid and documents
in Rich Text.
Features of Blackberry Spreadsheet Attachment
Viewer

After the itrezzoAgent applet is loaded,
messages with an attachment now have a Thumb Tack icon next to them. After
you view one of those messages and choose to View as Rich Text. You will
receive a message back from the itrezzoAgent Server that the your Blackberry
can display. When you render an attachment, it is returned to your
Blackberry as an itrezzoStream which will have a distinctive Magnifying
Glass.
After you render and open a spreadsheet attachment, you can
use the track wheel to scroll up and down, or right and left (if you press
the orange ALT key.) As you scroll around, you may encounter content that
has a larger width then can be displayed in the grid cell. The status
field at the top of the screen automatically shows a greater amount of
detail.
Click the wheel and you will have the following options available:
The Find command will search all cells of the
spreadsheet for the text you desire. The contents of the cell will be
displayed and the grid display will be refocused to the new location
The Go To Cell command allows you to specify
a location to display in a row/column format (i.e. F12)
The Cell Info command allows you to display a
larger number of characters and the grid location in row/column format.
The Save Document command allows you to save
a rendered copy of the spreadsheet on the BlackBerry. The sheet will be
available in the itrezzoAgent icon by choosing the Rich Text Manager.

The following spreadsheet file types and formats can be rendered by the
itrezzoAgent Server and sent to the BlackBerry as an itrezzoStream:

Features of Rich Text Viewer for the RIM
BlackBerry
Get up to the first 32,700 bytes at once. Since the itrezzoStream
is very efficient, this usually provides the first 10 to 15 pages of a
typical document.
Use the Go To Page command to specify
a page to be displayed. 
The Save Document command allows
you to save a rendered copy of the document on the BlackBerry. The document
will be available in the itrezzoAgent icon by opening the Rich Text Manager.
Use the Table of Contents command
to see a summary of the document (if available). Each item in the Table
of Contents is is a Hyperlink to the referenced part of the document.
You can then use the Jump command to get to that portion of the document.
The Find command will search the
open document for the text you desire. If the text is found, the document
will be refocused to the page where the desired text is located.

Other keyboard navigation commands are also available to quickly move
around the document:
Hit "N" to scroll to the next page.
Hit "P" to scroll to the previous page.
Hit "B" to get to the bottom of the document.
Hit "T" to get to the top of the document.
