Clinical Trial Application
The Speechvantage Clinical Trial Application creates a simple, phone-based method for patient and test subjects to use the phone to record their records as needed by the clinical trial study. The Speechvantage service helps Pharmaceutical companies manage their clinical trials by enabling callers to access information or provide information without having to speak to a live operator. Callers to the system (investigational site personnel, sponsor personnel or patients) simply use their telephone keypads to respond to pre-recorded questions.

Clinical Trial organizations do not need to provide PDA to patients and do not need to call patients to obtain data. Older patients find the phone easier to use and the clinical trial organization can then transfer data into the record of choice.

Executive Management Tools
Speechvantage offers an Executive Contact List (ECL) solution that carries the phone numbers of Key Personnel. The solution incorporates any or all of the following functions:

Dial — Dial internal extensions and outside parties - using Voice-Activated Dialing solution.
Voice Mail — Get Voice mail messages and return calls simply by saying "call back". Copy, Forward or Broadcast messages.
PBX Assistant — Use PBX features by voice. Transfer calls by employee name. Set up conference calls by name, etc.
Fax — Receive faxes directly into your inbox. Redirect faxes to any email address or fax - by voice.

Auto Attendant
Auto Attendant Answer phones, screen calls, transfer calls and locates people away from their desk-all by voice recognition.

• Call a specific person without knowing their telephone or extension number or how to spell their name
• After hours and all calls can be routed to "General delivery mail box" or "Security"
• Can be configured to provide fax, cell, pager number, or e-mail address without having to find the individual or speak to an operator
