JustPractical is an application that combines several of the JustTalk speech modules to create a basic yet sophisticated tool for mobile professionals. JustPractical is currently integrated with Microsoft Outlook and PeopleSoft 8 CRM Sales.

JustPractical enables remote users to access and manipulate enterprise data that previously could only be accomplished from the office. JustPractical untethers mobile professionals from the desktop and allows then to spend more time where they are most productive - in the field, with their customers.

Contact Management
JustPractical allows access to data stored within the enterprise via any phone, anywhere, at any time. The days of carrying piles of business cards or the electronic equivalence of a rolodex are over. Want to know someone's home phone number? Address? FAX number? Just Talk. It's just that simple.

Call Management
JustPractical allows mobile professionals to dial their contacts automatically using simple voice commands. This saves time for more important tasks and enables salespeople to better serve clients and develop more productive relationships.

Calendar Management
JustPractical helps keeps calendars current. Immediately after a meeting - or even during a meeting - a user can call in to make sure an important event is scheduled. A salesperson can call on the way to work and review the day's meetings - even rearrange his/her schedule to accomodate a new opportunity. JustPractical keeps a sales force better organized and more productive.

Email Messaging
Have you ever had a brilliant solution to a perplexing problem - only to forget it before you were able to jot it down? That's history with JustPractical. JustPractical allows users to send a brief audio message to anyone in their contact database, including themselves. Choose from many different subject headers such as reminder, memo, confidential or FYI. JustPractical users can capture the occasional inspiration or send out timely reminders. JustPractical helps ensure that mobile professionals are as productive as their deskbound colleagues.
